Hercesa Internacional is founded in 2004 with the vocation to bring a successful Hercesa Inmobiliaria real estate development model in the residential, industrial and tertiary sectors to 9 different countries on 3 continents and with the aim of focusing its products on the typologies demanded by the local client, making viable its developments in accordance with the purchasing powers of the segments to which it is addressed, with special dedication to those that are most competitive in terms of price.

Almost two decades later, Hercesa Internacional has proven experience in Europe, Morocco and the American continent, specifically in Mexico, Panama and Ecuador. To date, he carries out management tasks in Portugal, Romania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, Morocco, Ecuador, Mexico and Panama where he develops more than 17,000 homes, hotels and business centers.
